Sales Executive
Sales Executive positions are available. Sales opportunities involve Business to
Business Funding. Candidates must be very comfortable on the phone.
Job requirements include:
- Prospecting customers (primarily by telephone)
- Meeting and exceeding quotas
- Managing personal pipeline
- Writing reports
Qualifications:
- Basic spreadsheet, word processing, and e-mail skills are necessary

Accountant/Bookkeeper
The accounting manager will be responsible for all aspects of daily accounting
operations, including P&L Reports, cash management and the production of financial
statement monthly.
Financial Accounting
- Production of monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.)
- Monthly reconciliations of all data in the computer system
- Monthly trend analysis
- Accounts payables and expense analysis
- Maintain bank accounts and provide reports
- Cash management and planning
- Generate analysis reports and provide recommendation/suggestions to the
management
HR/Others
- Process Payroll report biweekly
- Maintain employee record
- Establish/terminate insurance status for employee changes
- Misc tax filing
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with similar job function described above is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or above preferred
Human Resources Assistant
Duties will include:
- Recruits new employees by posting advertisements in multiple sources
- Interviewing, screening, and recruiting job applicants
- Prepare new hire packages and process new hire paperwork
- Handles termination and exit procedures within company policy
- Provides recommendations to the management team for corrective action and improvement
- Responsible for maintenance or workman's compensation, employee benefits
- Responsible for keeping up to date with state and government regulations
- Setup and maintain personnel files, records and databases
- Input and process changes to payroll
- Working with employers and employees in training and in-service presentations as required
- Assists in creating any needed training programs that develop employees
- Responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints and harassment allegations
Requirements:
- Great organizational, multitasking and communication skills
- Must be tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, computer friendly
- Understanding of employment law, particularly in the areas of recruiting and training
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant work experience (minimum: 1 year)
- Background in Finance/Accounting is a plus
Receptionist
Job Requirements:
- Answer multi-line phone and secure caller name and company
- Maintain email communication with outside sales
- Create and organize memorandums
- Ability to ship and track packages using FedEx
- Maintain order and correspondence filing
- Office supplies purchases
- Special projects and assignments
- Coordinate Executive Schedule
Experience and Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent phone manners
- Ability to keep a positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Well organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
